If you save leftovers

USDA advises refrigerating perishable foods within two hours, or one hour when the temperature is above 90°F. Use shallow containers, keep the refrigerator at 40°F or below, and use refrigerated leftovers within three to four days. Reheat leftovers to 165°F, checking with a food thermometer.
